How to reach the editorial team
The editorial team communicates in English by e-mail. Write to us at redakcia@dukatbet.games and briefly describe what your message is about.
This is our only official editorial channel. We do not run a phone line or a chat, since we are not a casino operator and we do not process gaming requests.
To help us reply quickly, add a link to the specific page or game. A question stated in one or two sentences, without unnecessary attachments, helps too. If you are writing about an inaccuracy in a text, please tell us which sentence or table does not add up.
We are a small team, so we reply on working days and sometimes with a slight delay. Over weekends and holidays the response time naturally gets longer.
We welcome tips, corrections and ideas that improve the content. We have also summarised common questions in our FAQ section, where you may find an answer even before you write to us.
What we can help you with
We are an information portal, so our strength lies in explaining. We are happy to clarify what a given studio is known for, how a game mechanic works, or what the difference is between a live and an RNG title.
We can also explain how to read our comparisons and why we do not use numeric scores.
Specifically, we can:
| Topic | How we help |
|---|---|
| Providers | We explain the style and game types of a given studio |
| Terms | We break down reels, lines, free spins or crash as a concept |
| Comparisons | We show how the approaches of studios differ |
| Portal content | We fix an error or inaccuracy you report to us |
If something in a text does not make sense to you, get in touch. Reader feedback is our best source of improvements.
We can also advise where to look on the portal. When you are not sure whether you want a studio review, a game breakdown or a comparison, we will point you to the right section.
What we do not give is personal betting advice on what to stake or how much to wager. Such recommendations would go against the principle of responsible gaming. You can read more about our work and methodology on the about the portal page.
What you need to take up with the operator
Some things are simply not in our hands. We do not manage gaming accounts and we do not handle money.
We cannot help with registration, sign-in, deposits or withdrawals. We cannot change or pay out bonuses and we have no access to your account. Likewise, we do not decide on the availability of a specific game in the catalogue or on the valid terms of promotions.
The operator manages these things itself and has its own channels for them. If we were to interfere, we would only complicate the handling of your request.
Everything relating to your account and payments is handled by the brand's official support. Turn directly to the official Dukat.bet website, where you will find the valid terms and the operator's contact channels. We have no reach into these internal processes and cannot speed them up for you.
What to include in your message
A well-written message saves us follow-up questions and saves you time. It is no science; a few details are enough.
It helps us when your e-mail includes these things:
- a link to the specific page or the name of the game the topic concerns;
- a clear question or a description of the inaccuracy in one or two sentences;
- if you are reporting an error, please quote the disputed sentence or table row.
Do not send us login details, card numbers or screenshots from your account. We do not need such information and, for your safety, we do not want to receive it. Sensitive matters belong solely in the operator's secure environment.
The more specific the message, the sooner we can give you a useful answer. A short, clear e-mail pleases us and you alike.
Registered address and responsibility
The postal address linked to the project is József Attila u. 10, 1051 Budapest, Hungary. It serves for formal correspondence, not for personal visits or gaming questions.
For a quick answer, always prefer e-mail. Paper mail naturally takes longer and is not intended for gaming requests anyway.
We treat your messages as editorial mail. How we work with data in general is described on the privacy and cookies page.
Gambling is entertainment for adults aged 18 and over, not a way to earn money. If you feel that playing is getting out of control, see our section on responsible gaming, where we explain limits and self-exclusion as tools.
